The presentation of the new issue of the journal <em>Le Sfide<\/em>, a publication by the Craxi Foundation dedicated to the theme \u201cGlobal Disorder. Wars, rivalries, and transformations of the contemporary world,\u201d took place at the Accademia dei Rozzi in Siena.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative, carried out with the contribution of the VisMederi Foundation, offered citizens and scholars an important opportunity for in-depth analysis of some of the most relevant issues of our time. In an international context characterized by conflicts, geopolitical tensions, competition between global powers, and profound economic and social changes, the event encouraged reflection on the new dynamics reshaping the global system and their impact on democracies, institutions, and contemporary societies.<\/p>\n<p>The discussion featured Dr. Alessia Chiriatti from the Italian Institute for International Affairs, Prof. Daniele Pasquinucci, and Prof. Alessandra Viviani from the University of Siena. Through different perspectives and expertise, the speakers provided useful interpretative tools to understand the complexity of today\u2019s international scenario, highlighting how increasing global instability requires new analytical frameworks, critical thinking skills, and greater attention to interdisciplinary dialogue.<\/p>\n<p>At the center of the discussion emerged the importance of knowledge as an essential tool to navigate a historical phase marked by deep transformations. Understanding international phenomena means developing greater awareness of the challenges that affect community life, public policies, and relations between states.
